ASPIRE Program

The ASPIRE program consists of 12 levels, was developed to teach swimmers the fundamental skills of artistic swimming. The program offers progressive skills development and evaluations are customised to suit swimmers 6 years old and above.

The program focuses in developing swimmers’ basic skills before moving to more advance techniques as swimmers progress through each level.
