NTC at Singapore Sports School

Established in May 2022, SSA’s second national training centre (NTC) located at the Singapore Sports School (SSP) aims to support more swimmers who aspire to represent Singapore.

High-performing swimmers, including those who are not studying in SSP, can gain access to quality training by NTC coaches, sport science support by NYSI, and boarding facilities within the campus, to enhance their development towards their sporting goals.

Athletes can apply to the NTC at SSP via three pathways, namely the Major Games pathway, the Performance pathway, and the Singapore Sports School (SSP) pathway. Athletes on the first two pathways need not be studying in the Sports School. More details can be found in the table below.

Additional Requirement: Athlete must seek clearance from their current Club/Coach. Applicants under the Performance Pathway will need to submit a letter of support and release from their current Club/Coach.
