Invitation to Tender – Public Relations Services for Singapore Aquatics

Dear Vendor / Agency,

Singapore Aquatics invites your agency to participate in our Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the provision of Public Relations Services.

The contract period will run from 1 October 2025 – 30 September 2026, with the option to extend for an additional 12 months upon mutual agreement.

We are seeking a PR partner who can support SAQ in:

• Providing day-to-day PR counsel and media engagement.
• Profiling our athletes and enhancing public awareness across our five aquatic disciplines.
• Supporting major multi-sport events within the contract year, not limited to:
  • 33rd SEA Games, Bangkok, Thailand (9 – 20 December 2025)
  • Commonwealth Games, Scotland (3 July – 2 August 2026)
  • Asian Games, Nagoya, Japan (19 September – 4 October 2026)
• Shaping messaging and communications for Swim Singapore, our newly launched national swimming framework with significant community and public engagement potential.

The appointed agency will also be required to commit to bi-weekly meetings with SAQ and provide a 12-month PR & Communications Calendar (by month) to guide execution.
