Invitation to Tender – Supply and Installation of Diving Facility Equipment Queenstown Swimming Complex – Singapore Aquatics

Singapore Aquatics (SAQ) invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for the supply,
delivery, and installation of diving facility equipment at the Queenstown Swimming
Complex.

The scope includes the development of a diving dryland training area, alongside
upgrades to existing pool-based diving infrastructure. The facility will support national
squad training, youth development programmes, learn-to-dive initiatives, and technical
training across both springboard and platform disciplines.

The facility is intended to be operational within 2026 with a target of no later than
September 30 2026, subject to site readiness and equipment delivery timelines.
The facility is intended to enhance training capability and support the long-term
development of diving in Singapore.
